WIBeq™ is an invoicing, reporting, and case management system specifically designed for a Workforce Investment Board (WIB).
It is not only useful in and of itself—in creating and documenting invoices and reimbursements—it can be integrated with JobsEQ® and allows a WIB to track spending versus demand occupations in their service area. As with all Chmura software, it is elegantly designed, user-friendly, and supported through training and ongoing customer support.

WIBeq™ has been successfully implemented in Southwest Virginia Workforce Investment Area I and has already reduced the invoicing process from over 40 hours per month to less than 2 hours per month! In addition, WIBeq contains safeguards to
quickly identify and eliminate duplicate checks before they are issued.
Flexibility
WIBeq™ has the flexibility to handle the local policies of any WIB. Expense spending limits can be tracked according to local policies. In addition, WIBeq™ can handle non-WIA sources of funding and can accommodate the integration of records from WIA, Wagner-Peyser, Perkins, Trade Adjustment Assistance (TAA), and other programs.
WIBeq™ is a Powered by JobsEQ® system. The WIBeq™ research module directly integrates useful analytics from JobsEQ® that allow case managers to serve clients with state of the art labor market information.
Ease of Use
The WIBeq™ dashboard is designed around the users with easy access to invoice records. Managers and Coordinators have quick access to charts displaying key performance indicators such as Percent Spending on Demand Occupations, or Percent Youth Spending on Out-of-School Youth.
Board-Member Portal
Also included in WIBeq™ is a Board Member portal. This portal provides board members with secure, read-only access to the system and allows them to generate and view real-time reports. Easy to read graphical displays of key performance indicators and charts, interactive mapping, and PDF reports keep your board updated at all times.
